How can I apply for a parking space?
HMS employees can submit their applications by using our online application form or in person at the Commuter Services and Parking Office.

When should I renew my parking?
Parking applications are renewed June of each year.(Unless specified otherwise by the Commuter Services and Parking Office)

How can I make a parking reservation?
Parking reservations can be made by using the parking reservation system online form or by calling the Commuter Services and Parking Office at 617. 432.1111 or faxing to 617.432.1757.

What information do I need to make a parking reservation?
To make a parking reservation we need the following information: The First and Last name of Parker.* The vehicle make, model, color and license. The 33-digit billing code of the department.* Date the parking space is needed. (Date in mm/dd/yyyy format e.g.. 01/01/2001).* Last day of parking if it is more than one day parking request. The first and last names, e-mail address and phone number of the person requesting the space.* * Implies minimum requirements.

Does a visitor need a special permit to park on campus?
Yes. Visitors must have a reservation for parking prior to entering the garage

What are the current parking rates?
Please call the parking office at 617.432.1111 for current rates.

If I am a student where should I park?
Student can apply for an after hours parking.

How can I renew my monthly parking space?
Monthly parking sticker can be renewed using the online form, inperson by stopping at the parking office or by mailing the completed application.

How does one get on the waiting list?
By using the online application or in person by stopping at the parking office.

How long is the wait for a parking space?
Please call the parking office at 617.432.1111.

What is after hours parking?
After hours parking means parking is available from 5:00 P.M. to 5:00 A.M. on weekdays, all day Saturday and Sunday, and any Harvard Holidays if space is available and is not reserved for special occasion.

Who is eligible for an after hours parking?

T Pass FAQ:

How can I apply for a T Pass?
By using the online form or calling 1-800-462-2235.

How many T Passes can each person buy?
One pass per full-time Harvard employee.

Are the discounted T Pass rates open to everyone?
No. Discounted T Passes are only for Full-time Harvard employees that are directly paid by the university. Please call your human resources department to see if your eligible.
